Kids' Classes:
Kids Power Hour
+ ages 8-13
Kids power hour will be utilizing cross training techniques, to
motivational music. This class has been created in response to the
growing parent request for flexible exercise programs for children.
The experience offers unique equipment and a variety of exercise
forms. We challenge and boost cardio and muscular endurance, increase
strength and improve flexibility, while students have fun! The class
will take place on the basketball court and guided by one of GBAC
experienced Certified Fitness Trainers .
*Parents are welcome, but are not required to stay*
Thursday 3:30-4:30 pm
Saturday 8:30-9:30 am
8 sessions for $80.00 or $12.00 for one visit
Teens Conditioning
Teens Conditioning is structured to teach teens how to workout safely
and effectively. They will learn resistance; the correct techniques
training with selectorized equipment and free weights, cardiovascular
fitness will be explored with the bikes, elliptical, stepper, treadmills
and cross training. Students will gain cardio and muscular endurance
increase strength and improve flexibility. The trainer will discuss
the importance of healthy food choices and handouts will be given
.
This class runs for 4 weeks
2 one -hour sessions per week
$352.00
Group rates will be priced accordingly
Girls Work Out
Teen girls this class is for you! Teens will go through our 30-minute
fast pace Fitness program. Some abdominal training as well as stretching
included. A great way to get in shape with a friend. This class
runs for 5-weeks.
Thursdays 4-5 and Saturdays 10-11
